Khajur Imli Chutney



  • Tamarind/Imli: 1/4 Cup
  • Dates: 1/2 Cup
  • Jaggery: 1/2 Cup
  • Salt: Pinch
  • Coriander Cumin Powder: pinch (Optional)
  • Water: 1.5 Cups


Boil Water in a saucepan. Add pinch of salt to boiling water. Add tamarind, dates, and Jaggery to the water. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes or until dates become mushy. Add coriander cumin powder once it is cool.

After the mixture has cooled down, strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Khajur Imli Chutney is ready to serve.

This chutney will remain good for 15 days if refrigerated.
