Chaas/ Masala Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • Yogurt/Dahi: 1/2 Cup
  • Water: 3 Cups
  • Black Salt: Pinch
  • Salt: to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves: Optional

Preparation

Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a jug and whisk it with a hand/stick blender. Serve as is or with ice.
