Low Sugar Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • Strawberries: 1.5 kg
  • Sugar: 1.5 cups
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tsp

Preparation

Cut strawberries into quarters.

Add the strawberries to a pan with the sugar and let it cook. The cooking process will take about 30 minutes on medium flame. Stir the mixture and add lemon juice to prevent crystallization of sugar.

Transfer the jam to container once cooled. This jam if refrigerated can be enjoyed up to 3 months.
