Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • Coriander 250gms
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Green chillies 3 pieces or to taste
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 1/2
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup

Preparation

In a blender jar add all the above ingredients and blend it. Your chutney is ready to serve. You can adjust the water proportion to how runny you would like your chutney.
