Chai Masala



  • 100 gm Ginger Powder
  • 50gm Black Pepper
  • 25 gm Cinnamon¬†Quills
  • 25 gm Cardamom
  • 25 gm Cloves
  • 1 nutmeg


Dry roast all the whole spices in a skillet. Add whole spices and ginger powder to a blender and give it a good blend. Chai masala is ready to use. Add 1/4 tsp of this masala to boiling water while preparing Chai.
