Ingredients
- 2 Cup dates
- 1 Cup of coarsely ground walnuts
- 1 tbsp Ghee (optional)
- 4 tbsp dessicated coconut
Preparation
To a pan add ghee. Add 2 cups of seedless dates and let them cook until they come together. Keep mashing them to form lumps. While cooking the dates, the flame needs to be on the lowest setting.
The ghee can be completely avoided.
Once the dates start coming together, add walnuts and 1 tbsp desicated coconut to the mixture. Give this a good mix. Once cool enough to touch, take small portions and starting forming balls. Coat the balls with desicated coconut.
Date walnuts balls are ready to serve.
