- Fresh Cream 300ml
- Iced Water 350ml
- Salt: If prefered
In a blender jar add 300 ml of cream and blend for 3 minutes. Then add around 100ml iced water and churn it for 1 minute. Discard the butter milk in a bowl.
Repeat this process thrice. Remove the butter into a jar.
Homemade butter is ready to serve.
For salted butter add salt to the cream.
