- Raisins 500gm
- Peanuts – 5tbsp coarsely ground
- Coconut Shreds – 2 tbsp
- Rum Essence – 1/2 tsp
In a pan, heat the raisins. Add the rum essence once heated. Take a hand blender and coarsely blend the raisins. Once it cools down and is easy to handle, add coconut and coarsely ground peanuts.
Make small balls.
Raisin rum balls are ready to serve.
