1/2 cup butter soften at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Peanut butter smooth

Take all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix it well. Take butter in another bowl. Beat it till it gets smooth. Add sugar. Beat it till gets creamy and fluffy. Add peanut butter and beat it till it is mixed properly. Add milk and mix it properly. Add flour mixture and mix it until incorporated. Don’t over mix it. Put batter in the fridge for 20-25 minutes. Now make lime sized balls from the batter and place them on the lined baking tray. Place them apart from each other because they will spread while baking. Now using the fork make the pattern by poking the cookies. Bake them in preheated oven for 13-15 minutes or until the cookie edges turn light brown. Let it cool on the baking tray for 3-4 minutes. After 4 minutes place cookies on the cooling rack and let them cool completely.
