Boondi Raita

Ingredients:

1 cup boondi
1 1/2 cup yoghurt + 1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp roasted cumin  powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander

Preparation:

Combine yoghurt and approx. ¼ cup of water in a deep bowl and whisk it well. Add the chilli powder, sugar, roasted cumin powder and salt and mix well. Add coriander and mix well. Mix the boondi in the yoghurt mix when you are ready to serve. If you like soft boondi and want to avoid the crunch add boondi 15 min prior to serving.
