- 4 sheets of sweet short pastry
- 3 tbsp warm Nutella
- Butter for brushing
preheat oven to 180 C.
Take sweet short pastry sheet and cut it into the desired circle. Apply warm Nutella. Repeat this step twice and stack it up on each other.
Once you stack all the layers, place a ramekin in the centre of the pastry circle and cut the pastry into 16 equal parts from the ramekin. Next, pick up two adjoining stands of the pastry and twist in opposite direction twice. Then join the ends. Repeat this for all the parts and your brioche will look like in the picture. Brush it with melted butter. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Nutella star brioche is ready to serve.
