- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp chai masala
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- sugar to taste
- 1 tsp black tea
Boil water in a milk pan. Once water is boiling add ginger and chai masala. Next, add black tea and sugar let it boil for a few minutes. After that add milk and bring the chai to boil. Sieve the chai into a cup.
Hot chai or Indian tea is ready to serve. Serve with snack like chai time puri.
