- 4 cups besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
Heat ghee in a pan, add besan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 15 min whilst continuously stirring. Take it off the flame and keep stirring so that the besan mixture doesn’t burn or stick to the pan. Transfer the mix to a mixing bowl. Once cool enough to handle add sugar and cardamom powder, mix it well so it is very well incorporated. Take small amounts of mixtures in your hand and make small balls.
Ready to serve Besan Laddoo.
