Aam Papad/ Mango candy


  • 2 mangoes pulp
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • one lime zest
  • lime juice of one lime


Add mango pulp in a pan. Add all the other ingredients in the pan and keep stirring. Cook on medium flame until the mixture comes to a simmer.

Then increase the flame and cook until it comes to a thick consistency. Test to see that the mixture is not of a runny consistency.

Grease a baking tray. Evenly spread the mixture on the tray. and let it dry for a couple of days. Remove the papad from the tray and cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Ready to serve Aam Papad.
