- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup tomato diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp green chilli chopped (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste
In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander and chilli. In another bowl mix chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.
Add dressing to vegetables and mix them well when ready to serve.
