- 1 cup moong dal (split green gram) soaked for 3 hours
- 1 tsp green chilli
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- salt to taste
Blend the dal in a blender along with ½ cup of water, ginger and green chillies till smooth. Heat a frying pan and pour the mix and spread it in a circular motion to make a pancake. Apply little oil along the edges and cook on a medium flame till the pudla turns brown in colour and crisp. Flip over and cook on the other side as well.
Ready to serve Mung Dal Pudla. Enjoy it with green chutney or ketchup.
