Sukhdi/ Gol Papdi



  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 5 tbsp ghee
  • 3/4 cup grated jaggery (gur)



Grease a small baking tray and keep aside.

In a pan, heat the ghee and add whole wheat flour to it. Cook the mixture for 15 minutes on low flame or until the color of the mixture changes.

Switch off the flame and add jaggery. Mix well.

When jaggery melts and the mixture is still warm, pour it into the greased baking tray and spread it evenly with help of a spatula.

Cut into diamond shapes while still warm.

Ready to serve Sukhdi.
