Malai Kulfi

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms condensed milk
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 6 Popsicle moulds

Preparation:

Boil the condensed milk, milk and milk powder while stirring continuously for around 15 mins. Add the cardamom powder. Pour the mixture into the popsicle moulds and freeze it for 8 hours.

Ready to serve Malai Kulfi
